Any proposal for Otter Creek that includes a golf course must be opposed! Otter creek Park lies atop Karst topography. There is no way to prevent run-off from entering the cave system below. Golf courses use way more chemical controls than farm land. The Univ. of Maryland did a very good study of this in the nineties.
