Qdoba Coming to Southwest Louisville

FYI: A Qdoba Mexican Grill franchise will open soon at the site of the old Hollywood Video store on Dixie Highway, directly in front of the Home Depot store and across the highway from Dixie Manor Shopping Center. From the information I received, the company is extremely picky about the locations of the stores, in a sign that bodes well for Southwest Louisville's ability to lure more diverse dining establishments. The restaurant will occupy a run-down space that is only rented out to those silly Halloween costume stores. HERE is a menu.

Qdoba currently has seven Louisville locations.

  1. Thank goodness, finally. I have been writing to Qdoba for months asking them to put a location on Dixie Hwy. Guess it paid off. Let's all support this restaurant when it opens. We've already lost J. Gumbo's, let's keep Qdoba here in the South End & not let the East End get all of the good stuff.

  2. This is the exact location that I told Qdoba franchisee to open a year ago. The location at Dixie manor fell thru and now they are listening to all of its faithful customers about the need to open a Qdoba for all of us DEVOTED FANS! This one will be a big moneymaker!

  3. Seriously Valley Station/PRP residents.....we're only lost in the system if you allow it to happen. So let's support the new Qdoba FINALLY coming to our area. And in doing so that means keeping it clean and a nice play to go eat......pride in ourselves is the main thing and this will prompt more establishments to see that "we" have the money to spend and are deserving of the places to do so.

  4. WOW, just realized the Goulds medical was put in this location..........can someone tell us why we did not or are not getting our Qdoba? Seriously, take a look on Dixie Highway there are abandoned buildings everywhere to put something decent for us to enjoy without having to drive to Shelbyville Road every time to do so. Come on, help us out.

  5. I'm hoping they build the Qdoba in the new construction that is going on in that same parking lot in front of Home Depot! We need a Qdoba out here in the south end.
